About these terms

Mastery Hub is operated by Business for Good Limited, trading as The CMO Coach (“we”, “us”). Company number 12701891, registered office Palmeira Avenue Mansions, 19 Church Rd, Hove BN3 2FA. By signing in and using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Eligibility and your account

Access is by invitation only, for people enrolled on one of our programmes. You sign in with the Google account for the email address you enrolled with. Your account is personal to you: do not share your access, keep it secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Your enrolment and fees

Your access is for the programme and cohort you have enrolled on. Fees are as agreed when you enrol and are invoiced separately. Payment, deposits, instalments, refunds and cancellation are governed by the programme agreement you accepted when you joined; these terms cover your use of the platform itself.

The programme content

The materials on the platform, including worksheets, frameworks, videos and recordings, are our intellectual property or used under licence. They are provided for your own personal use while you are enrolled. You may not copy, share, republish, sell or otherwise distribute them without our written permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reflections and work you create on the platform. You give us and the coaches delivering your programme permission to access and use that content to provide your coaching, to operate and improve the platform, and to develop and improve our AI coaching tools as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of AI

We use AI to help deliver coaching. Feedback on your work may be prepared with the help of an AI assistant and is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. We may also use content and interactions on the platform to develop and improve our own AI coaching tools. Our Privacy Policy explains this and how to ask us not to use your data for the latter.

Acceptable use

Use the platform only for your own learning. Do not share your access, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse other participants’ information.

Third-party services

The platform uses Google sign-in and connects to your Google Drive workspace and calendar. Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and working well, but we provide it on an “as is” basis and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or suspend features from time to time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

Suspension and ending access

Your access ends when your enrolment ends. We may suspend or withdraw access if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
